State Local Administration Minister M K Stalin on Tuesday inaugurated a mega-serial titled Kuralkaviyam. The tele-serial is about the famous Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar.

Actor Vagai Chandrasekhar will play the role of Thiruvalluvar in the serial.

The tele-serial to be aired on popular television Channel was inaugurated at the Valluvar Kottam, Chennai.
 

Stalin expressed his appreciation at the attempt being made to bring out the life and contributions of Tamil poet Thiruvalluvar.
