Last night was no different when he spoke with nostalgia at the film festival organized by the Madras Film Society (MFS).

Prakash Raj inaugurated the Society's golden jubilee year, which was marked by a film, titled Thrillers and Chillers?

Prakash Raj has been connected with the Madras Film Society (MFS) since his Bangalore days.

The MFS was founded in 1957 to screen various films from all over the world. Many dignitaries (both national and international) were present.

Among the well-known names from Tamil were director S P Muthuraman, K N Venkiteswaran, president of the Society Abirami Sv Rm Ramanathan, Vice-President Nalli Kuppusamy Chetti.
