The long awaited wedding of director Selvaraghavan with actor Sonia Agarwal took place between 8.30 and 10 a.m. this morning at Raja Mutiah Hall, Egmore.

Selva's parents director Kasthooriraja and his mother Vijayalakshmi Kasthooriraja, sisters Dr Vimala Geetha and Karthika, brother Dhanush and his wife Aishwarya welcomed the guests.

Celebrities including Rajinikanth with his wife Latha (also the in-laws for Selva’s brother Dhanush), directors Manirathnam with wife Suhasini, Jayam Raja, Lingusamy, Priyadarshan, Santhanabharathy, Aravind Krishna, Vairamuthu, Sivakumar with son Karthi, Srikanth, Sneha, Sandhya, Na. Muthukumar, Yuvan Shankar Raja, Udhayanidhi, Vijay’s wife Sangeetha, Sreeman, Murali, Manjula with Preetha Vijayakumar, Vinu Chakravarthy, Ram Kumar, KRG and Ravi Raghavendra attended the wedding and conveyed their wishes to the newly weds.
